Our History

Canada Bonded Attorney began in 1911 as an association of litigation lawyers. Since that time, our scope of operations has expanded to provide expert commercial and consumer debt recovery services. In 1990, we expanded our operations into the United States with American Bonded Attorney. Jointly, Canada Bonded Attorney and American Bonded Attorney have been providing expert debt collection and litigation services across North America and internationally. We are licensed and bonded in all Provinces and Territories.
